MUSIC&ME is a Music Therapy Group for teenagers ages 13 to 18 that focuses on the whole self.
MUSIC & ME
In this series, group members will focus on
self-confidence
self-worth
self-care
self-expression
& self-awareness
through songwriting, instrument play, improvisation, lyric analysis and more.
Music & Me is currently in session and accepting group members.
All sessions will be led by board-certified music therapist,
Dannielle Remek, MT-BC.
Mansfield
MUSIC&ME will be offered at our Mansfield location this summer. Specific dates and cost can be found on registration form.
